When can you expect your order?
We strive to deliver your order within 5 working days. However, this depends on the customs clearance.

All our articles are shipped from our distribution center. Orders are packed here from Monday to Friday 00.00 am. No packages are packed and shipped in the weekend. 

Shipping method
Shipments are shipped with DHL or FedEx. If your package leaves our office, you will get a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation contains a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your order status.

Note: DHL makes 1 delivery attempt and then leaves a note mentioning where you can collect your parcel within 7 days.

Shipping costs
Please note that we ship from the Netherlands. If you live outside the European Union, you will have to pay customs clearance fees on top of the cost of your order.
